“ I have never believed in hypnosis and never thought I could be hypnotised and if I'm honest only tried it because my dad persuaded me to as i was going on my honeymoon and we were going to be doing quite a lot of flying.
My biggest fear was taking off I hated it and would often cry with fear but you will be pleased to know that I was absolutely fine on takeoff on all the flights we took, I didn't need the tapping exercises or anything it was a very calm and pleasant journey and the thought of getting on a plane and taking off no longer bothers me!
On our flight back from Bangkok we had 3 hours of horrendous turbulence, which was scary, even my other half was worried and I did use the tapping exercises then. I dread to think what I would have been like without the hypnotherapy!
My mum has even noticed a difference since coming to see you and her fear is a hundred times worse than mine!
So anyone thinking of trying this for any reason not just flying, I strongly advise you go for it. Trev makes you feel very comfortable and understands your fears and doesn't make any false promises!

I was absolutely great until they called the flight at which point I had an ever so slight feeling of unease but I did my breathing exercises and my tapping for a few moments and I felt fine again. On reflection I think some of the feeling was related to not knowing how I would feel, sort of like anticipation of the unknown really.
The worst part for me used to be when I was going down the tunnel to board the aircraft, but I was absolutely fine! “ I’ve been smoking for 28 years and usually smoke 20-30 cigarettes a day. I finally decided that it was time to quit.

“ I have been having problems on and off for some time dealing with anger issues to the point where it was effecting not only my working life but my home and family life also.
It is no exaggeration to say that Trevor saved my marriage. Driving to work and back was fraught with road rage and dealing with certain work colleagues brought on ‘work colleague rage’. Obviously this caused quite an atmosphere round the office and whilst the Management understood the work related problems, little was done to address any problems other than a few minutes away from the pressures just to try to clear my mind.
What made things worse was that I was taking these work and pressure related anger issues home which made life difficult for both my wife and my daughter. I’d come home and, in effect, take it out on them mentally (Thank God not physically) simply by changing the atmosphere from what was happy go lucky to one of silent resentment.

I have to say that after 3 sessions I felt that I could cope far better and a few weeks down the line I am managing to keep focused on being positive and not let in those feelings that made some of my life extremely negative.

“ I’ve had a terrible fear of spiders all my life to the extent where I couldn’t bear to be in a room if one was there. The first thing I would do when I got home was check every room for spiders. I would freeze and go into a panic if I found one, which was awful. I couldn’t move one even if it was dead. I had to get somebody to come over and remove it! This was taking over my life!
I decided from that moment that I had to find a way to deal with this as it was controlling my life and I would spend hours worrying whether there was a spider nearby.
After just one session with Trevor I was much calmer and when I had completed the sessions I felt completely different about spiders.

“ Life was a dark place. My marriage was at an end (both a relief and a disappointment) and I suddenly felt I was loosing my whole life and who I was. I began to suffer from a severe lack of sleep. This spiralled into poor eating, ill health and over work. Everyone around me seemed to be having problems and I felt swamped. I suffered increasingly severe panic attacks until I finally couldn’t cope any more. I was terrified that I was going insane. My doctor was excellent in his understanding, I was being sucked into a dark hole, completely lost from myself patience and sympathy and prescribed me medication and offered me counselling. I wanted to gain control; I wanted to know who I was.
Trevor gave me the tools. First he helped me, through hypnosis; regain sleep – what a gift! Then with hypnosis I learned that the sensation I was experiencing was a panic attack. I have had these all my life on occasions, but always worked through it subconsciously with the notions "the future" will be brighter. Now, in my late 30’s the future was here. There was no changing or finding what I am supposed to be doing – scary thought eh? Actually no, not now. You see through hypnosis I let them (no matter how small or insubstantial they may appear to anyone else) go to the past where they belong. I then learnt that "hey ho" it is a "normal" human response that has got out of control. With Trevor´s help I was able to recognise the start of a panic attack and use tools to "fix" it. With anchor words and positive images I was able to allow myself to sit calmly within myself and accept myself for who I am with the positive and enlightened knowledge of living in the present.
Further help came with EFT techniques that pinpoints certain areas of the body and allows you to regain control of the "fear" or panic gripping your body. I am forever grateful to Trevor helping me to regain and live my life and make the positive It is important to remember that hypnosis is a fabulous tool changes I so wanted, but did not understand. It is important to remember that hypnosis is a fabulous tool; however, you have to pick up that tool and use it. We are all "a work in progress" and it is OK to be so. With these "tools" you can find your way.
I would highly recommend Trevor and shall be using him again to simply top up and allow myself to relax. ”
